A Bit About Me…
I am Julia Turner and have worked in HR (Human Resources) for over 13 years, having extensive operational & strategic experience working with companies of all sizes from large, blue chip organisations to small, local businesses.
I started Turner Consulting in 2009 to assist small and medium sized companies – developing and delivering effective HR strategies and working on day-to-day employment issues. Recently rebranding to Only Human HR in 2023.
I enjoy working with owners and managers to deal with issues they face and to put in place effective and robust HR strategies to ensure that they have the right people to drive their businesses forward.
I am degree qualified and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD). I have also completed extensive training in counselling, corporate coaching and occupational testing and occupational personality testing.
